Description SureCo is the fastest growing technology platform for Enterprise employers moving to ICHRA. ICHRA is the first-time employers are allowed to reimburse for Medicare Premiums. SureCo is looking for a Medicare Enrollment & Support Specialist to join the Enterprise team. You will be required to respond to queries from Medicare eligible employees, explain the Medicare enrollment process, assist with reviewing Medicare Supplement options, and own the Medicare reimbursement experience. To ensure success as a Medicare Customer Service Agent you should have a working understanding of Medicare rules, the Medicare enrollment process, and understanding of Medicare Advantage and Supplemental plans. Requirements Responsibilities for the Medicare Enrollment Agent & Support Specialist: Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your manager if you are unable to answer them. Conducting Medicare 101 and SureCo Medicare process training for new customers. Providing prospective enrollees with the details regarding available Medicare options. Assisting with the Medicare enrollment process. Providing one-on-one consultations for Medicare supplement options and assisting to enroll in eligible plans. Qualifications and Skills Needed for the Medicare Enrollment Agent & Support Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual preferred. Experience as a Licensed Life and Health agent specializing in Medicare or equivalent . Medicare experience required . Life and Health License required . Computer literate with an above-average typing speed. Data Entry experience with a high attention to detail and Excel proficiency. Superb verbal and written communication skills.
